- When Chase Carver drags himself into Mammoth Springs he is cold, hungry, exhausted and willing to accept help from anyone. A stranger takes him in, and leads him to an outlaw stronghold filled with thieves and gunmen. After joining them on a bank job and earning himself the name Mad Dog, the sheriff and the army are on his tail. By rescuing two young women, he betrays the criminals, and now faces their wrath as well. It's going to take a fight to the death to clear his name
